Churrasco
has been a culinary tradition for over three centuries in
South Brazil. In those days, “Gaúchos” (Southern Brazilian cowboys) pierced large pieces of meat and slowly roasted them over open flamed pits, while talking about their adventures on the plains.
At Crazy Grill, we have kept this tradition alive. Select cuts of meat are prepared over an open flame and served as they have been for centuries, preserving the individual tastes of each tender cut.
There is not a traditional menu. The restaurant features a fixed-price continuous tableside service where the guests can choose any or all of the
twelve finest selections of meat, top
sirloin, flank steak, skirt steak, sausage
chicken and much more... Our concept also offers a sumptuous buffet of salads, fresh cut vegetables, and a variety of side dishes. |
